General

1) Circle Design starts all designs with a brief, from you to us, with a few questions to make sure that we start on the right track.
 
2) We provide a detailed quote including the description of the product and the price, with any information you have provided us. There is no obligation at this point to continue, and payment is due only when the design is complete.
 
3) We have detailed time-sheets for projects paid by the hour, and we will stay in contact with at all stages of the design process. We will make drafts and send you them for feedback.
 
4) Final changes are made and we issue a brand sheet with a summary of all the files provided, colour schemes, fonts (etc.). A invoice is also issued for payment if required.
 
We may occasionally ask for a deposit. 

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept Bank Transfer, Major Debit/Credit Cards and Direct Debit Mandate. We reserve the right to charge a 50% deposit for new clients who have not accepted a Direct Debit Mandate. Late payments are charged at the BofE rate of inflation and 1% interest per day.

Our turn-around time is 7-days, customisable for you with 1-day or 2-day fast delivery.

If you have ordered merchandise there is often a longer weight time, please get in touch before ordering to ensure we can get this done for you. 

Complaints are made through our dedicated complaints procedure, available on request. Refunds are made through our refund policy which is available at www.circledesigninc.co.uk

Revisions are made with the goal to move closer to the best end result for your project and its audience. We provide a set number of revisions which will be defined in the invoice and quote. We define a revision round as ‘when all comments, ideas and questions are consolidated, and we provide a new version’. Errors, mistakes are not included in this. From the receipt of the draft, you have 1 day to provide comments and feedback.

Web hosting is a service that allows organizations and individuals to post a website or web page onto the Internet. A web host, or web hosting service provider, is a business that provides the technologies and services needed for the website or webpage to be viewed in the Internet.
 
Most hosting companies require that you own your domain in order to host with them. If you do not have a domain, then we will help you purchase one.
 
You are free to choose and set-up your on hosting, or you can choose our managed hosting.
As with a domain it depends on the platform you choose to have your website on, you only require hosting if you are using WordPress.
A domain is the address of your website that people type in the browser URL bar to visit your website.
 
In simple terms, if your website was a house, then your domain name will be its address.
 
You can buy domains from a vartiety of places such as GoDaddy. Unfortunately we do not provide this ourselves, if you already own or buy a domaing during the design process we can connect it for you!
 
If you ‘need’ a domain is dependant on the provider you choose to have, you do require one for WordPress, along with hosting. If you don’t want one though, Google Sites and Wix both provide free domains ending in .googlesites and .wixsite.
